How to identify sunstroke in children and adults?

Long exposure to the sun can not only leave a beautiful bronze tan on your skin (or burns!), but can also lead to sunstroke, which can result in coma and even death.

The sun’s heat not only hits the skin, but also penetrates deeper, striking the vascular system and the brain.
There are three degrees of sunstroke.
At a slight person experiences nausea, dizziness, weakness and headache.
The average degree threatens loss of consciousness, nosebleeds, impaired gait and intensification of the symptoms of the first stage.

In the most severe form, the victim’s body temperature may exceed 41 degrees, consciousness changes, hallucinations are likely, the victim’s face becomes red, then sharply pale.

Sunstroke can develop especially quickly in infants. Caution should also be exercised by the elderly, hypertensive people, obese people, smokers and lovers of strong alcoholic beverages.
